From the Office of Mrs. Wood

Mrs. Wood's Office

I first want to say how much I truly enjoy each of your children!  Whether they come to the office for a band-aid or to say “Hello Mrs. Wood” in the hallway.  They are all such good kids.

Just a few things I would like to suggest to keep the office running smoothly.

If your child is late to school, please walk him/her to the front office to check them in.  They will receive a pass to give to their teacher.  Remember, 8:20am school begins.  After that time, they are considered tardy.

If your child is leaving school early, please send in a note to their teacher.  When you arrive at the school to pick them up, come to the office to sign them out, and they will be called down.  We will not send a child down to the office, before the parent arrives.

When there is a change in your child’s transportation, please inform your child’s teacher(s) and Mr. Yasar, as soon as you know the change.

Thank you to the parents and grandparents that have come to volunteer!  You are very much appreciated.  When volunteering for the first time, you will need to bring your license in and fill out a background check form.  Volunteer opportunities at TMSA are located on the home page, under the Parents tab.  You may also contact your child’s teacher(s) and ask if they need volunteers.

Children’s medication needs to be kept in the front office, along with the form.  We are not allowed to give your child any medication without your authorization.  There is a medical form on TMSAConnect.
