Spanish Club makes "Churros y Choclolate"

The High School Spanish Club hit the kitchen again last week. This time we tried a recipe for "Churros y Chocolate".


Churros are a delicious donut-like treat made of fried dough and rolled in sugar and cinnamon. They are served with a rich chocolate sauce. Our first attempt failed due to the oil not being hot enough, but a few batches later we tasted sweet success! At our next meeting we will be making some delicious chicken enchildadas.
